We offer teletherapy services to all individuals. In these sessions, we offer the same high levels of member-confidentiality and creative personable engagement that you would have in-person. We use technology to ensure that their experience is impactful, and convenient. Teletherapy is an excellent option for those seeking emotional support but need more flexibility around when and where they receive it. Sessions can take many different formats, but here are a few examples:
Individual Therapy provides an opportunity to experience self-liberation through self-awareness, and an understanding about your thinking, emotions, behaviors, and motivations. Getting to the root of it all by working with a therapist that values you as the expert of your lived experiences. Members work 1:1 in a supportive environment that fosters transformation, restorative healing, and tools for navigating relationships and gaining insight through modeling healthy boundaries. Therapists specialize in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, pyschodynamic therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, and racial trauma therapy.
Family Therapy provides an opportunity to gain awareness of patterns of interaction, both present and generational. Families get to learn how they function as a whole and individually. They explore Intergenerational trauma, family conflict, family joy, family structure, the family’s roles, functions and tasks and the boundaries that govern the family dynamics. Every family has their strengths and their learned ways of being to survive and protect itself. We co-create strategic guidance, families can reconnect, fortify their bonds, and address interpersonal issues, through working, collaboratively, together. Therapists specialize in structural family therapy.
Couples Therapy provides romantic partnerships an opportunity to gain awareness of patterns of interaction, both present and generational. Couples get to improve communication and increase intimacy. We can help you and your partner assess your strengths and areas of growth as it is related to family, finance, intimacy, communication, child rearing and spirituality. Couples work through historical familial trauma and patterns of family engagement, develop ethical agreements and manage conflict with self, as a couple and with family members. We can help you learn effective communication, active listening and how they love themselves and their partners through the five love languages.Therapist specializes in couples of cross-cultural and racial backgrounds.
Life coaching co-creates an environment that honors the individual’s motivations, dreams, and aspirations. You will gain through 1:1 coaching someone who supports, challenges, comes alongside you to tap into your greatest potential. We coach the person, not their problems. So, who do you need to be in order to get what you want? Coaches co-create a 90 day goal setting program that elevates you to your next level.
We offer Group Workshops for individuals who are motivated to connect, grow and share their personal journeys, struggles and triumphs with other individuals who are open to connect and be vulnerable in their healing. A professional group therapist will provide a supportive environment for members of the group to cultivate belonging, respect, connection, empathy, and emotional support through group learning around a specific topic. Together, attendees learn new skills that help them navigate their humanity.
